What an amazing service from Big Haul Junk Busters! They came to pick up a broken sofa/Futon from my house within an hour and 1/2 from my call. There were no additional charges, the price was very fair and I was blown away by their professional courtesy as they were very careful to not hit the walls whilst they went down my narrow stair hall.What an awesome business! From the moment I first spoke w them until the very end, this company was top notch. Their phone person, Lori was wonderful in helping me with so many things esp how to dispose of paint. She really helped us save over $600 with just her good advice plus she was funny as heck and made my day each time I spoke with her. They were very efficient and fast with getting the junk out of the garage. Also, the price was 1/2 of another company. We are definitely going to use them again. I wish all companies were this easy. Can’t say enough about my positive experience.

Junk removal with Big Haul was pretty painless. My original appointment had to be rescheduled due to them being short handed that week but they were communicative and quick to let me know. The guys who picked up my junk were friendly, quick, and most importantly didn't ding any of my walls! I ended up paying a little less than I was expecting to even though they probably could have charged me for the next load size up. Pricing is fair and matches what they advertise on the website. I'd definitely use them again (and my mom, who was there when everything was being picked up, was sold on using them for her next big clean out as well).

The 2 “Mike’s” were great! Showed up about 30 minutes into their estimated window (after calling me first to give me a timing update) & got right to it. They were friendly, courteous, & fast! I added a last minute removal of a universal home gym & they dismantled it & hauled it away w/out any issues or delays. Laurie, who arranged everything on their end, was very friendly, organized, & went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. Great team w/great results! Mike and Alonzo did an amazing job collecting and hauling off all the junk that has accumulated in my garage. They even removed old cabinets from the wall and a broken swing that I was not able to take off for months. Their attitude was amazing, they problem solved and found solutions on the spot with extra tasks that needed to be done to get the work done. Within the 2 hour window a huge job was done perfectly. My garage ist empty and pristine looking.. I can highly recommend.Big Haul junk removal. Ask for Mike and Alonzo. But I bet the others are great as well. Scheduling was super easy as well and the scheduler was very helpful accommodating my schedule and was able to send the team out the next morning. Loved my experience. Love my new clean garage.

Had a half garage full of old household stuff that they cleared out in 15 minutes! This was my second time using this company and they were just as great as they were about two years ago. They quoted me the price of a full truck but they slashed it in half when they didn’t fill the whole thing. I recommend them to everyone and would use them again if I ever needed it. They masked up when I requested which was good too.

I used Big Haul services to get a pile of outdoor debris and broken things removed. It was dirty and embarrassing, I had no meams of doing it myself and finances couldn't allow removal previously. Mike and crew were amazing! On time, professional, polite, and also had masks on. They carefully and quickly removed our old, rotting shed. Noting that we have a dog running around, they were also very careful taking down the glass and the area was swept clean after.Would use them again!

I recently used Big Haul Junk Removal for help in removing our 'accumulating junk' that really needed to go. I did not want to make the necessary trips to the dump, and So, I booked Big Haul online, which was a breeze. I received a follow up call confirming the date/time.Three pleasant men showed up promptly and began to load. It was a very hot day, but they worked fast. Great experience. Friendly & punctual. Very reasonable price. I needed junk hauled away from demolition, including carrying bathtub down a flight of stairs removing a washer & dryer that was wider than door. Instead of removing door, they took the back panel off the washer. Efficient. Definitely would use them again.

We've used Big Haul three times now and could not be happier. Appointments are set up quickly (next day, each time) and they show up when they say, including a courtesy call when they are on the way. Their team is always really friendly, nice to chat with, and do a great job. My son with autism likes to "help" them and they are always super sweet and try to include him somehow. Also, no weird or hidden charges, everything is up front and transparent. Could not recommend more highly.

I've used Big Haul twice now for junk removal. First time was for a ton of doors I tore out of my house (and the frames), glass, some pieces of furniture and the second time for a big sleeper sofa, coffee table, and various other stuff I need to get rid of after buying new furniture. This last time Joseph and Landry were right on time, super nice, and were quick and efficient in loading up the truck. Big Haul's pricing is also way better than the national chains and very reasonable. If you need to get rid of a bunch of junk, these are your guys.
